Marija Labudovic Pantelic

Marija Labudović Pantelić (born 1981) is a visual artist based in Belgrade. She completed her undergraduate studies at the Faculty of Applied Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade, where she enrolled in doctoral academic studies in 2015. Since 2021, she has been appointed as Assistant Professor at the Department of Textile, Faculty of Applied Arts, University of Arts in Belgrade.

She has maintained an active exhibition practice since 2005, presenting her work in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Serbia and internationally. To date, she has realized eleven solo exhibitions, including recent presentations at the Art Gallery of the Kolarac Endowment in Belgrade (2024) and the Art Salon of the Cultural Center of Novi Sad (2024). Her work has also been shown in international exhibition contexts in South Korea, Spain, Hungary, North Macedonia, and Montenegro. In addition, she has participated in international art workshops and symposiums.

She is a member of the Association of Fine Artists of Serbia (ULUS) and the Association of Applied Artists and Designers of Serbia (ULUPUDS). Since 2010, she has collaborated with numerous cultural institutions on interdisciplinary and applied art projects. Her artistic achievements have been recognized with several awards, including the The plaque of the 54th May Exhibition of ULUPUDS(2022) and the Commendation of the 26th Tapestry Biennial(2024).
